Wikipedia*Timothy "Tim" Walker (born in England 1970), is a British fashion photographer.

Walker's interest in photography began while on work experience at Condé Nast Publications where he established the Cecil Beaton archive. Walker graduated from Exeter College, Exeter, Devon, England in 1994, and then worked in London as a freelance photography assistant before moving to New York to work as assistant to Richard Avedon.[1] He was later awarded 3rd place for the Independent Young Photographer of the Year, launching his career.

Walker began working as a documentary and portrait photographer for various UK newspapers, eventually leading him to work for British Vogue, W and Harper's Bazaar. Currently Walker photographs for W , Vanity Fair as well as British and Italian Vogue.
